And though it's necessary to provide shipping information to manufacturers who will be sending your order to you, we've required each one to sign an agreement which states that the customer's name and information must remain confidential between Titanchair.com and the manufacturer.
Many products ordered from Titanchair.com are shipped directly from the company that manufactures the product, so if you order more than one item, each may arrive in a separate package. However, your single order will reflect thetotal cost, including shipping, regardless of the number of items you buy.
International shipments are subject to Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in your country. These EXTRA fees are YOUR responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The rules for these fees vary by country, and your local government determines the duty and customs charges.
Paying for your order
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Novus/Discover. We also accept checks and M.O. on a case by case basis. We also accept Paypal orders on a majority of our products.
Shipping Rates & Policies
All shipments are delivered standard curbside delivery unless delivery upgrade service is selected. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within the contiguous U.S. Please provide a valid street address with each order (we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes). Additional charges apply to rush and international shipments, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are listed beside each product. If there is no price, you can call to get a quote (this is especially prevalent for the higher weight items)
Sales Tax
There is no sales tax added when you order through titanchair.com to offer the lowest price.
Canadian & International Orders
- Canadian Orders: Canadian orders are subject to duties, taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of shipment. Contact your customs office for more information on duties, taxes and restricted products. The estimated time of delivery for Canadian orders is 2-3 weeks.
- International Orders: Duties, taxes and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country, and your local government determines duty and customs charges. All international orders must be paid for by credit card.
How Fast Will You Receive An Order
All orders are processed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. (PST), Monday through Friday. Your order will try to be shipped within 48 hours, unless otherwise noted. Please see Shipping Information for delivery and shipping policies.
Out-of-Stock Products
Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally run out of particular items. If the item you order is unavailable, we'll notify you within 24 hours.
Easy Returns
- Please call 1-888-848-2630 and explain the situation and get your RMA number on any item. If you send your return before contacting us without a RMA number, the return will be refused.
- We will call up the shipper that provided shipping to you in the first place to pickup. Please use UPS to ship back if you are returning a bidet.
- Put the packing list and your RMA number inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Make sure to include all parts and data sent with the package.
- Tape box securely and mark with appropriate shipping address.
